1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and security tokens. They may be necessary for a site or platform to function, or may support preferences, analytics and communications.
2. Our approach
Bvelaphanda aims to minimise cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used without an optional consent choice because they provide authentication, security, session management or requested functionality. Analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies will be activated only after an appropriate consent choice where required. No analytics, advertising or tracking technologies are currently active on our websites or the BotHub platform for visitors or platform users.

Ordinary visitors to bvelaphanda.co.za receive no cookies. Ordinary users of hub.botsvm.com receive no tracking cookies.
Transparency note: the administration console of our internal workflow automation engine previously set third-party telemetry cookies in administrators’ browsers. That telemetry has been disabled; any remaining cookies from it will expire on their own and no further data is sent.
4. Managing choices
Browser settings may block or delete cookies and site data, but blocking strictly necessary items may prevent sign-in or platform functions. A Client’s embedded site or third-party integration may place its own cookies under that party’s notice.
5. Analytics and embedded content
If we introduce analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, embedded media or a third-party chat service in future, we will update this inventory, assess any cross-border processing, and implement the required consent choice before activation.
